The location is incredibly convenient as it’s just a short 5-minute walk from the subway. The prompt service from the staff when we reported the kettle issue was impressive.

The room felt snug, making it hard to move around with luggage.

The kids loved the comfy beds and the amazing shower pressure! We enjoyed the convenience of the electric kettle for morning tea. Having a coffee shop downstairs was a bonus for our caffeine cravings. The location made it easy to explore the area with three little ones in tow.

In my wife's opinion, a few more hooks in the room for towels would be great.

Awesome bathroom vibes!

Spent 5 nights in a spacious twin room and wow, that bathroom is a game changer. Love the separate areas—so much more convenient! The tub is always ready in no time after a shower, and the water pressure is perfect. Only thing is, there's just one elevator, but it wasn't a hassle. Oh, and the restaurant had tasty bites too!
